Legal Warranty

KMC CHAIN EUROPE warrants its products against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on the product itself.

Durability Warranty

At KMC, product quality has top priority. Despite the numerous quality controls, there is always the possibility that a problem will occur. But even if that should be the case, we don't want to let you down. Our durability guarantee has no expitation date and applies to all DLC, e-bike, XSL, XEL and X101 chains, but of course also to our tools, chainrings, sprockets and cassettes.
